HOTELS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION
  • No cancellation is allowed if reserved rooms are left unused due to changes in your travel plans.
  • Extra services such as free breakfast, chauffeur, and complimentary beverages are also impacted once you cancel or change your travel plans.
  • No-show visitors won’t be able to get any sum at all; still, they can present their case to hotel authorities and try to make a case with them.
  • Hotel booking prices may increase if dates or times are changed according to hotel policies.
REFUND
  • If you cancel within 24 or 48 hours, you may receive a refund, but certain charges may apply depending on the hotel.
  • The hotel policies determine whether early departure refunds, no-shows, or cancellation refunds are granted.
  • Payments can be refunded to the bank account from which they were made. Banking/payment methods can be changed depending on the hotel's policies, but it is not common.
